About a week ago I ordered this pressure washer and Amazon – true to style – got it to me quickly and easily. I used it for two days, then the output pressure went down about a third and water was leaking out the bottom. I went through the checklist to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I was and it was broken, somewhere inside. Maybe a seal, maybe a crack, I don’t know. At any rate, Amazon quickly replaced it with a new one. After 3 days the new one broke, exactly the same way! I couldn’t believe it. Now I am sending the second one back to Amazon and getting my money back. This thing was a real piece of junk. DO NOT buy one.

Worked one day for less than 2 hours before the first problem. Now the vario wand doesnt work on high pressure, causing the power to cut in and out continuously. Purchase Karcher at your own risk. You just cant seem to find much good anyone has to say about them.

Just purchased my third Karcher power washer with the hose drum on top. When I try to wind the hose up onto the hose drum even moderate pressure causes the crank handle to pop off. Basically it is impossible to reel the hose in with the crank. VERY poor design which should have been readily apparent to the developers. Also the Detergent tank pops out every time you move the unit, dragging along side as you move the washer. Easily addressed with a piece of duct tape, but again another ridiculous design flaw. Otherwise it is working well. I have tried to contact Karcher via the number they gave to call for help and you get a several tiered automated voice mail that did not cover my concerns without any way to get to a living person. Tried to go to their website and got a “server not found” message. Can’t provide customer service if your customers are unable to reach you.
